Privacy Policy

ExpoKit is operated by the project owner reachable at work@karandev.in. Payments for Pro and tips are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record — we do not store card numbers.

• Account data — when you sign in with Clerk: name, email, and a user id. We store a profile (plan, email) in our database to unlock Pro and manage CLI tokens.
• Purchase data — plan or tip amount, payment reference, currency, and status from Dodo webhooks. We do not receive full card details.
• Support — messages you send via the support form (name, email, subject, body), and optional signed-in user id for component requests.
• CLI tokens — hashed tokens you create on your account page to download Pro registry items.
• Usage / analytics — anonymized or aggregate analytics (e.g. Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights) on page views and performance. We do not sell personal data.
• Technical logs — IP addresses and request metadata may appear in hosting or rate-limit logs for security and abuse prevention.

• Fulfill Pro purchases and optional sponsor tips
• Authenticate CLI access to Pro registry items
• Respond to support tickets and component requests
• Improve the product and prevent fraud or abuse

• Clerk — authentication
• Supabase — database (profiles, payments, tickets, catalog)
• Dodo Payments — checkout and payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and optional analytics

Each processor has its own privacy policy. Their handling of payment or auth data is governed by their terms.

We use cookies and similar storage required for signed-in sessions (Clerk) and site functionality. Analytics providers may set their own cookies where enabled. You can control cookies in your browser; signing out clears the session cookie we rely on for your account.

Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and as needed for accounting, refunds, and legal obligations. Support tickets are retained to provide history. You can ask us to delete account data where we are not required to keep it (purchases may need to be retained for tax/records).

• Update or delete profile details by contacting us, or manage Clerk account settings where available
• Revoke CLI tokens anytime from your account page
• Request access or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing work@karandev.in

ExpoKit is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
