Terms of Service

ExpoKit provides copy-paste UI components, charts, blocks, and templates for Expo and React Native, plus docs and a CLI. Free items are available under the licenses stated in their source (typically MIT unless noted). Pro items require a paid plan tied to your signed-in account.

You must provide accurate information when signing up (via Clerk). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping CLI tokens secret. We may suspend access for abuse, chargebacks of bad faith, or violation of these terms.

• Free — use free registry items per their license in personal and commercial projects.
• Pro — a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro components and blocks for the purchasing account (one person; licences for more developers only by written agreement). You may use Pro source in unlimited apps you build for yourself or clients. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute Pro source as a competing UI kit, template marketplace, or “ExpoKit dump.”
• Sponsors / tips — optional donations. They do not grant Pro access or any license beyond goodwill.

Paid checkouts are handled by Dodo Payments (merchant of record). Prices shown on the site should match the Dodo product price; taxes and invoices are handled per Dodo’s rules. Refunds follow our support FAQ and Dodo’s process; after a full refund or lost dispute we revoke Pro access and CLI tokens for that purchase where automated.

• Do not attempt to bypass Pro gating, scrape paid registry sources without entitlement, or share CLI tokens
• Do not attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the site beyond normal use
• Do not use the service for unlawful content or spam

ExpoKit branding, site design, and Pro-gated source remain ours except for the license granted when you purchase Pro. Free and open-source dependencies keep their upstream licenses. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

The site and software are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to ExpoKit is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you only used free features).

We may change these terms or the product. Material changes for paid customers will be reflected with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
